What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for online purchases. Local customers may pay cash on delivery.

 

 What is your return policy?

 

All dog or cat food is guaranteed. If your pet won't eat it bring it back for a full refund! 

All other items may be returned for store credit within 2 weeks of receipt providing they are in unused condition with all original packaging still intact. Opened products will not be accepted for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please call or email prior to returning products by mail.

All original shipping costs are non refundable.
